Return/Refund and Other Policies

  1. Unfortunately we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EXCHANGES OR OFFER REFUNDS but do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any issues with your order.
  2. If an order is received damaged or open, we WILL REPLACE IT. Photo proof will be required. Please email royallylocdllc@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number and first/last name
  3. Please understand that all handcrafted product orders EXCEPT for priority shipping orders have a 3-5 day processing time as these products are made to order by the founders of TRLC. Please be patient with us and watch your email because all orders are tracked from the moment you place it until the moment it reaches your hands.
